    We ship using USPS. Items generally ship within 72 Business hours. Items will be shipped out as securely as possible and insured. If you encounter and issue with shipping, pickup or delivery, please contact me asap.

    Please contact me to discuss options. My work is guaranteed and we will base the remedy on the problem you may be experiencing. Store credit can be given in some cases. Rarely will we issue a refund, we would much rather remedy the issue. Please see bottom paragraph for custom orders.

    Returns are accepted with approval and within 30 days for unused items in original condition. You are responsible for shipping the item back to the shop. You may not receive a full refund or credit if there are signs of use on the item. If you are having an issue please contact me to start a remedy for your product.
