Compact sets of 12 and 24 colors are available in lightweight cardboard packaging with an inspiring design and an additional window through which you can see the tubes. A plastic blister adds convenience to the work process - you can see the layout of the tubes and quickly find the desired color. During transportation, the blister prevents deformation of the tubes so that they will reach you safe and sound. For beginners in painting, a carefully selected palette of colors will be very helpful, and for professionals, primary colors will never be superfluous. You do not need to select paints individually - new sets with a classic palette are chosen by professional artists and contain all the necessary colors to start working on the technique.

    We ship using USPS. Items generally ship within 72 Business hours. Items will be shipped out as securely as possible and insured. If you encounter and issue with shipping, pickup or delivery, please contact me asap.

    Please contact me to discuss options. My work is guaranteed and we will base the remedy on the problem you may be experiencing. Store credit can be given in some cases. Rarely will we issue a refund, we would much rather remedy the issue. Please see bottom paragraph for custom orders.

    Returns are accepted with approval and within 30 days for unused items in original condition. You are responsible for shipping the item back to the shop. You may not receive a full refund or credit if there are signs of use on the item. If you are having an issue please contact me to start a remedy for your product.

    *NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on Custom Work. The final draft that you approve locks you in to the purchase. Issues that may arrise with custom orders will be taken on a case by case basis.
